CM Naveen Patnaik inaugurated various projects worth Rs 1,805 crore in Angul district on 29 December 2022.
The CM inaugurated 747 projects worth Rs 313 crore and laid foundation stone for 795 projects to the tune of Rs 1,492 crore. He also announced the implementation of two drinking water projects in the district that will benefit people in 48 panchayats. The proposals already approved by the state cabinet recently. During the event, Naveen Patnaik also provided an assistance of Rs 242 crore to the members of Mission Shakti in Angul district. Around 75,000 women of 7,372 Mission Shakti Groups of the district would be benefitted by it.
